Meditation helps to create awareness of one self and the universe surrounding them.

Meditation can be used for, calming and focusing of the mind, relaxation of mind, body and spirit, stress relief, balancing the bodies energies, plus much more.

ABOUT YOGA

Yoga strengthens the mind, body and spirit, through a means of physical and mental practices. It is a great tool for your general wellbeing and to use in everyday life.

Yoga can be used before, during and after pregnancy with specialist classes to meet the appropriate needs of the individual.

​

Yoga promotes, relaxation, stress relief, flexibility, readying your body for childbirth, childbirth recovery, general health, stamina, plus much more.

ABOUT MINDFULNESS

​

Mindfulness is about being present in the moment and to just forget about all other things for a while.

 

Studies have shown that Mindfulness during pregnancy can offer a woman great support.

 

It:

- relaxes the mind for a good nights sleep

 - relaxes the body and helps you to slow down

- reduces the fear of labouring

- can reduce the risk of postnatal depression

- can provide the woman strength

- can provide a greater connection between mother and child

- decreases depression and anxiety during pregnancy

- creates a positive mindset

- helps to manage pain during pregnancy, labour and beyond

- creates a stronger connection between the woman and her partner
